At the Stella Maris Panoramic Restaurant you can enjoy unparalleled dishes. A stunning sea-view terrace and a stone porch create a setting that exceeds expectations and frames out-of-the-ordinary dining experiences.

Every day we work to offer our guests high quality, refined meat or fish dishes to be enjoyed in front of an exciting and romantic view, under candlelight and accompanied by the courtesy and professionalism of our staff.

Special dinners by the sea in Villasimius

Stella Maris Restaurant is open for dinner and provides you with a wide selection of a la carte appetizers, entrees, main courses and desserts. Dishes range from the great classics of Sardinian tradition to the most beloved dishes of Italian and international cuisine.

Colors: the bistro at Stella Maris

Lunch is taken care of by Colors, which offers light lunches to be enjoyed in the garden, with fresh, quick but still great-tasting dishes that are perfect for refreshment between swims and getting right back to the beach or pool.

Colors is literally an explosion of taste and vibrancy. A riot of colors and flavors dancing just steps from the sea. Every bite is a journey between traditional and refined tastes. Every dish tells a story and every flavor becomes a memory.

Rivalmare

It is the space dedicated to special dinners, receptions, and occasions that require and deserve that extra touch of class. A terrace literally overlooking the sea, on a soft green lawn, with the sound of the surf accompanying chatter and sweet tastings.

Events and special occasions

The Stella Maris in Villasimius is also available for events and ceremonies, the facility lends itself wonderfully for any special occasion.

A menu that can amaze even the finest palates, to put anyone in a position to enjoy extraordinary flavors. We will study the menu with you in every detail, paying great attention even to small guests and people with special intolerances or allergies.
