• What if I need to check in at a later time?
• Our reception is at your service everyday and is open 24/7.
• Can I pay using my credit card?
• Yes, we accept all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and CartaSì.
• Cancellations and charges
• For more details on our cancellation policy and charges, please see the terms & conditions for the room for which a reservation has been made, available during the online booking process. Cancellations made up to 15 days before the arrival will incur not charges. Later cancellations and no-show fees are equal to half, 75% or total price of the reservation.
• Does the hotel offer Internet access?
• Yes, Wi-Fi Internet broadband Connection is available in all our public areas and rooms USING PREPAID CARDS (from 6 euros upwards).
• Is it possible to rent a car?
• Yes, our staff will be happy to rent for you a car through main rental companies, but you can also take advantage of the hotel’s cars .
• Do i have to pay a deposit?
• Yes, your credit card will be charged with a 30% deposit of the total amount. The balance of your stay will be paid directly on check-out.
